The AGIBOT A2-W is a wheeled general-purpose robot engineered for flexible manufacturing environments. Capable of grabbing, placing, transporting, and plugging, it features self-developed embodied intelligence algorithms with open interfaces and tools for seamless secondary development. Its operational skills continuously improve with data accumulation, growing smarter and more efficient over time.
Equipped with a bionic seven-degree-of-freedom dual-arm design, the A2-W supports parallel and asynchronous operations including mid-air relay and hand-off for complex workpieces. A four-wheel-drive chassis with zero turning radius, crab-walking capability, and an elevating/tilting waist delivers 22 total degrees of freedom, fully covering the human working space.
The fully integrated chassis, arm, and perception system enables same-day deployment and commissioning. Leveraging atomic embodied capabilities — UniGrasp, Uni6DPose, and UniPlug — backed by 275T of onboard computing power, the system achieves millisecond-level object recognition, pose estimation, and operational decision-making. Adaptation to new objects via 3D model synthesis training and reinforcement learning can be achieved within hours.
Multi-modal safety is ensured by 360° LiDAR, four AI vision sensors, and two six-dimensional force sensors providing redundant perception. Hot-swappable batteries enable energy replenishment in minutes, while built-in real-time task self-diagnosis and self-recovery mechanisms minimize unplanned downtime across loading/unloading, terminal plugging, and logistics transportation applications.
