The DOBOT Magician E6 is a desktop 6-axis collaborative robot arm purpose-built for STEM education and research. Combining industrial-grade kinematics with a compact, safe form factor, it gives students and researchers hands-on experience with real-world robotics and smart manufacturing workflows.
With six degrees of freedom, the Magician E6 replicates the motion range of a full-size industrial cobot on a desktop scale. It supports multiple end-effectors including suction cups, grippers, and writing tools, enabling a wide variety of practical experiments in pick-and-place, assembly, drawing, and more.
The robot integrates seamlessly with DOBOT's DobotLab software platform and supports Python, C++, and ROS programming interfaces, making it suitable for beginner coding exercises through to advanced robotics research. Optional Vision Kits and Sensor Kits expand its capabilities into AI and machine vision applications.
Designed for classroom and lab environments, the Magician E6 features built-in safety mechanisms, a low noise profile, and a stable base suitable for desktop deployment. It is compatible with the full range of DOBOT education accessories including conveyor belts, sliding rail kits, and AI kits.
