Product Description
The Hikrobot Software Platform is built around two core systems: the iWMS-1000 Intelligent Warehouse Management System and the RCS-2000 Robotic Control System. Together they form a fully integrated architecture that links the entire intralogistics process from upper-level enterprise systems down to individual robot dispatch.
iWMS-1000 adopts a Goods-to-Person core concept, scheduling the full range of mobile robots via RCS while seamlessly interfacing with ERP, MES, and OMS systems. It delivers intelligent warehouse management at high efficiency and low cost, with capabilities including storage location recommendation, storage allocation, and wave-based order management.
RCS-2000 handles map modeling and multi-robot dispatching, enabling coordinated operation of LMR, FMR, CMR, and other robot types across complex warehouse environments. The two systems work in concert to connect diverse transfer scenarios seamlessly and provide end-to-end visibility of logistics flows.
The platform is designed for efficiency, intelligence, and visualization β supporting industries including 3C electronics, manufacturing, and e-commerce logistics with a scalable, open software foundation.
