The Elite Robots MC500-12 is a composite robot that integrates an autonomous mobile AGV chassis with a collaborative robotic arm, delivering true "hands and feet" mobile operation. Designed for industrial shop floors, it enables flexible material transfer and automated machine tending without fixed infrastructure.
The MC500-12 supports both QR-code navigation and laser (LiDAR) navigation, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±10 mm. This precision makes it well-suited for last-meter automation challenges — bridging the gap between fixed automation and flexible, point-to-point material handling.
With a maximum payload of 12 kg on the robotic arm and a chassis load capacity of 500 kg, the system handles a wide range of pick-and-place and machine loading/unloading tasks. Its compact platform design allows deployment in space-constrained manufacturing environments.
