The NB220 Series is a high-performance 6-axis industrial robot designed for heavy-duty applications. With a maximum payload of 220 kg and a reach of up to 3200 mm, it delivers exceptional operating capacity to handle the most demanding industrial tasks with ease.
Built for reliability in harsh environments, the NB220 features IP65 protection for the whole machine and IP67 protection for the wrist, ensuring consistent performance in challenging conditions. AC servo drives power all six axes for precise, responsive motion control.
The NB220 Series is available in three variants — NB220-150/3.2, NB220-170/2.7, and NB220-220/2.7 — offering flexibility across payload and reach requirements. Repeatability of ±0.08 mm ensures high accuracy across all configurations.
Ideal for automotive, metal fabrication, and general industry applications, the NB220 is floor-mounted and supports integrated air supply (2×Ø12, 8 bar) and 24-channel signal lines, making it ready for complex end-of-arm tooling setups.
