Product Description
The Unitree Dex2/5 is a Gala-style tendon-driven dexterous hand engineered for precise control and unbeatable grip strength. Featuring a 10-DOF (2 actuated) 5-finger design with gear-tendon rope drive transmission, it delivers human-like dexterity in a lightweight, compact form factor weighing just 365g.
Built for long-term reliability, the Dex2/5 has completed over 100,000 fatigue cycles and passed more than 100 drop tests, ensuring robust performance in demanding real-world applications. Hidden internal wiring keeps the design clean and is fully compatible with Unitree G1 and R1 humanoid robot platforms.
With a minimum fist clench time of 0.5 seconds, a minimum grip diameter of 8mm, and fingertip forces of up to 15N on the thumb, the Dex2/5 combines speed, precision, and strength in a hand small enough for seamless integration into humanoid robots.
